Employee/HR Management 
Franklin Anywhere allows you to store and manage all of your employee's information in one convenient spot. Basic information like addresses and phone numbers can be stored, as well as more sensitive information like wage history and tax information. Also included is the option to upload scans of a worker's driver's license and social security card.
In order to keep everything accessible and easy to use, an employee's time worked is tracked with the Time Clock function of Franklin Anywhere. Each employee can clock into and out of each job they work on giving you an accurate accounting of what they worked on.
Your employee's information is safe through our use of advanced security and encryption methods. It's just as secure as banking online.

Customer Management
The base of every business is its customer base. Keeping track of who works where and what jobs they have ordered will help you keep your customers happy and satisfied.
Not only can you keep track of the physical aspects of your customers such as their addresses, phone numbers, and websites, you can also compose custom messages that you can print out on estimates, invoices and delivery receipts.
Add as many contacts per company as you'd like along with their title and contact information.

Inventory Tracking

Also included is the functionality to map out where each item is kept, down to the bin if necessary. This module, like all modules in Franklin Anywhere, is customizable to your specific facility. If you want to call a row an aisle, feel free. Every shop is different and we give you the option to make it all your own.
Whenever an inventory item is used on the floor it is entered into the system by the operator, keeping counts accurate.

Purchasing Management

All the information you need to order quickly and accurately is at your fingertips. Everything from color, shape, and size, to totals on hand, the number already allocated to jobs, and the number on order is listed all on one screen. You can also search for inventory items from the same screen.
See the information for each item and create purchase orders and purchase requests all from the same place.
Once inventory items are received they are entered into available status, closing off the purchase order.
Equipment Management
Without knowing which jobs can run on which pieces of equipment a print shop is paralyzed. Any shop manager knows all this information, but if the tools he uses to manage and schedule can't track the same information nothing gets done.
